Individual cuts of beef are wrapped in vacuum-sealed packages. All our beef is dry-aged and federally inspected.

All beef is sold from our Harford County inspected mobile freezer unit. To purchase just stop by one of the markets listed below (between April and November, unless otherwise noted). The beef is also available at our farm year round by calling 410.836.9442 or emailing us. You can also use the contact form to send us an email.

This is our bulk transport refrigerated/freezer trailer. This trailer is used to transport the vacumn wrapped meat from the procecessing center to our farm's walk-in freezer assuring the product will not be compromised. Much of our competition merely transports the product in an open pickup or other unrefrigerated vehicle
